Wind turbine
A wind turbine is a machine that converts the kinetic energy of moving air into electricity or mechanical power. Modern utility-scale turbines stand hundreds of meters tall, with massive rotating blades that catch wind and spin a generator. Smaller versions power individual homes or remote installations.
