Heat

Heat is the transfer of Energy between objects or systems due to a Temperature difference. It flows spontaneously from warmer to cooler regions, driven by the fundamental desire of the Universe toward equilibrium. Unlike temperature—which measures molecular motion—heat describes the process of that energy moving, making it central to Chemistry, Physics, and everyday life.
